This Privacy Policy explains how 3G Heli Prep, operated by 3GSI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business in Idaho as 3G Heli Prep ("3G Heli Prep," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use 3gheliprep.com, resources.3gheliprep.com, and our courses, emails, and downloads (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us - Opt-in forms and surveys. This includes your name, your email address, and your answers, such as your flight-training goals and how you plan to pay for training. - Purchases. This includes your name, email, billing details, and order history. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. - Booking and call pages. This includes the details you enter to schedule a call, such as your name, email, phone number, and preferred time. - Messages. This is anything you send us by email or through the site.

Information collected automatically - Course activity. This includes lessons you've completed, quiz results, and login activity inside the course platform. - Device and usage data. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, referring links, and email opens and clicks. - Cookies and similar tools. See Section 4.

2. How we use your information

• To provide your courses, free resources, and downloadable PDFs, and to manage your account
• To process payments, refunds, and payment plans
• To send the free course, lesson materials, and other content you asked for
• To send marketing email about helicopter training and our products. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 5).
• To answer your questions and run scheduled calls
• To understand how the site is used and make it better
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

3. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us: - GoHighLevel / CourseCreator360, which hosts the website, courses, forms, email, CRM, and booking - Stripe and PayPal, which process payments - Analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel - Hosting and database providers, such as Vercel and Supabase, for our free resources and study tools

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or our users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

4. Cookies and analytics

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three things: - Keeping you logged in and making checkout work - Remembering your preferences - Measuring traffic and ad performance

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some features, such as course login and checkout, may not work. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Email and unsubscribing (CAN-SPAM)

Marketing email comes from [email protected]. Every marketing email includes our mailing address (2600A E Seltice Way, #152, Post Falls, ID 83854) and a working unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you transactional messages, such as receipts, course access details, and account notices.

6. Data retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active, as long as we need it to provide the Services, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax and payment records. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We rely on reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to: - Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose - Ask us to delete it or correct it - Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it for targeted advertising - Not be treated differently for using these rights

We don't sell personal information. If we use advertising pixels, that may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out by emailing us.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR). We process your data for four reasons: - To perform our contract with you (your courses and purchases) - With your consent (marketing email) - For our legitimate interests (improving and securing the site) - To meet our legal obligations

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data. You can also ask for a portable copy, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. Our providers may process your data in the United States.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it. To buy from us, you must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email.
