Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and 3G Heli Prep, operated by 3GSI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business in Idaho as 3G Heli Prep ("3G Heli Prep," "we," "us"). These Terms cover your use of 3gheliprep.com, resources.3gheliprep.com, and our courses, downloads, emails, and calls (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational disclaimer (please read)

3G Heli Prep provides study material only. It is meant to help you prepare for knowledge tests, oral exams, and checkrides. - It is not flight instruction. It does not replace ground or flight training from a current, authorized FAA Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI), and it does not satisfy any FAA training requirement. - It is not FAA-approved or FAA-endorsed. Nothing in the Services is an FAA endorsement or sign-off. - Always follow current official sources. These include the FAA regulations, the ACS, your aircraft's Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH), and your instructor. If our material conflicts with any of them, the official source wins. - Our courses are independent products. Course content is original 3G Heli Prep material. It is not published, sponsored, or endorsed by any book publisher. - Results aren't guaranteed. Your results depend on your own study, training, and performance. We don't guarantee that you'll pass any test or checkride.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you sign up or buy.
• Keep your login private. Course access is for you only. Don't share accounts or logins.
• You must be 18 or older to buy. A minor may buy only with a parent's or guardian's permission. In that case, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the purchase.

3. Products and pricing

• 21-Day Private Pilot Course: 550 lessons plus quizzes. The price is $349 paid once, or 3 payments of $129.
• How to Pay for Flight School: a paid course. The price is shown at checkout.
• Free courses and resources: the Getting Started course, free CFI lesson plan binders, and downloadable PDFs.
• Access length: You get lifetime access to a paid course for as long as we offer it.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. A price change doesn't affect an order you've already paid for.
• We may update, reorganize, or retire course content. If we ever discontinue a paid course you bought, we'll give you reasonable notice. Where feasible, we'll also offer a way to download your course materials for personal use.

4. Payments and payment plans

• Payments are processed through our checkout by Stripe (card) or PayPal. Their terms also apply to your payment.
• Payment plans: If you choose 3 payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each remaining installment. If an installment fails, we may pause your access until it's paid. Choosing a payment plan means you agree to pay all of the installments, even if you stop using the course (subject to the refund policy below).
• Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We'd rather fix the problem directly.

5. Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee

All paid courses come with a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund what you paid. - Refunds go back to your original payment method. - If you're on a payment plan, any remaining installments are canceled. - Your course access ends when the refund is processed. - After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, quizzes, PDFs, lesson plans, and branding belong to 3G Heli Prep or its licensors and are protected by copyright. When you buy or download our material, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. - You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or redistribute it, or use it to train AI models. - Free CFI lesson plan binders: CFIs may use the binders with their students free of charge. You may not resell them or rebrand them as your own.

7. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following: - Misuse the Services or break the law - Try to get into accounts or systems you're not authorized to use - Scrape or bulk-download content - Interfere with the site

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

8. Emails, calls, and communications

When you opt in, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Calls booked through our booking pages are informational and coaching conversations. They are not flight instruction. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Third-party services

The Services run on, or link to, third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel/CourseCreator360, Stripe, PayPal, and others. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. This includes warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Aviation involves real risk. You alone are responsible for your decisions in the aircraft.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 3G Heli Prep won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless 3G Heli Prep from claims that arise out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Before filing any claim, please contact us first, and we'll try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the Services after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
